Ø 1~4 drying chambers can be provided in parallel for simultaneous processing, each channel's process parameters can be set and controlled independently, multi-channel parallel needs customization;
Ø Designed and configured according to 3 supercritical drying process implementation processes, other supercritical drying process implementations need customization;
Ø The medium is CO2 or ethanol, other supercritical drying medium instruments can be customized;
Ø The minimum medium injection volume can be between 0.01~6.99ml/min, the minimum adjustment step can be reduced to 0.01ml/min;
